The Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) Cauayan City Members Services Branch has more reasons to rejoice after being conferred the 5 Star Citizen Satisfaction Center Seal of Excellence Award for the 2015 Anti-Red Tape Act Report Card Survey.

A simple but solemn ceremony was held at the lobby of the Cauayan MSB office on March 7, 2017 as all employees of the branch were all in their blue customized shirt to witness and bask on the accomplishment of working as a team. No other than Mr. Elvis C. Salonga, the new Area Head of the Cagayan Valley Region and the OIC- Vice President, Members Services Branch Office Luzon Group, Ms. Lilia M. Anguluan were invited to welcome the guests and deliver an inspirational message respectively.

 

With the absence of the CSC Regional Director, Atty. Marites P. Lappay, the Acting Assistant Regional Director gave a message during the event which focused on the purpose of the ARTA, the ARTA RCS Data of 2015 and how the awarded office garnered their rating. In her message, Atty. Lappay said that out of the 50 service offices surveyed on the year; twenty eight (28) were rated excellent, nineteen (19) were subjected to the 2^nd Phase Validation where six (6) of those validated were granted the CSC Seal of Excellence Award. Of the 6 awardees, HDMF Cauayan MSB is one of the three (3) agencies who garnered a 5 star rating.

Having been granted a 5 star rating, HDMF Cauayan MSB received a wall mountable glass seal and Cash Award of P 100,000 pesos which shall be used for the purchase of equipment, materials, and/ or services that will improve the frontline services of the office.

The excitement of the agency especially the Branch Head, Mr. Ciriaco S. Vasquez was felt all throughout the hall as they finally received the award which they failed to attain in 2014. In his acceptance speech, he thanked everyone from the top management down to the Messenger/ Janitor for the unparalleled effort the team which he dubbed “Team Bamboo” delivered and reminded his team to continue serving the public as he said “May this Seal of Excellence be an inspiration for us to work better, to serve better our clients, and to achieve more accomplishment not only for the Branch but to the entire Pag-IBIG Fund.”
